Yes, mainly by greedy players who wouldn't play for us and their even greedier agents e.g. Rodwell, Djilobodji, Kone, Graham, Riveros, Lens, N'doye, Januzai, Ndong, Lescott, Grigg ...Club has been asset stripped over the last few years.

I think it was Steve Bruce refusing to play Riveros rather than Riveros refusing to play. If he was really greedy he would have waited until after the WC (where he looked very good) to get a club rather than signing for us just before the biggest tournament in football.

Bullshit that like. There’s been numerous ex players who have come out and said that if Bruce didn’t like you then he you were sidelined. Riveros was a good little player, an extended run of games and he’d have done well for us. He was excellent in that West Ham game last game of the season that we finished 10th.

If KLD thinks we need some hooray henry hot air balloon swanning about the place, then they're 10 a penny. He could easily find a self-styled PR Guru that didn't have the baggage that Methven carries, I'm not sure what would make him indispensable?
