Slightly different for the best players to a certain extent, their name opens doors that better qualified people, regardless of race, would struggle to get through.

When you look at the managers for all 91 clubs, which is dominated by lesser known managers, the picture shows an imbalance.

But as I said at the start, the number of black players playing in England 20/30 years ago was vastly lower than it is now. So I would expect this imbalance to even out in the future. The managers and coaches of today were the players 20/30 years ago.

The bigger names always get more opportunities, they create a buzz and typically when they go into management early they still have links to clubs and are a draw for new signings. We got that benefit when Keane took over.

I'd say there's a high chance some are.

Look how many black players are in the game. How many of those are managers or assistant managers?
Players mostly aren’t in a manager/asst manager type age bracket. That’s not as flippant an answer as it first seems because it leads to the thought process that illustrates wether there is or isn’t a disproportionate amount of blame managers and coaches.

Northampton manager just got them promoted.

Anyone hear his views on the Rooney rule and black managers etc.

Only black person I've heard speak sense regarding this situation. Saying he wouldn't want an interview or job just becasue of the colour of his skin, would want it on merit. Spot on.

Few other good points he made aswell, saying the exact opposite of all them other taties like Sol Campbell etc.

Well done Keith. Respect
He's massively got his head screwed on. I'm really happy as he was a great CB at Wolves and I live in Northampton now. I hope he gets a crack at managing in the Prem.

Heard that interview, he was spot on tbf.

All of those ex pros working abroad aren’t English. Would you demand they stay in the UK?

No answer to this @Banks?

Vincent Kompany was offered a coaching role at City but bizarrely decided to go back to the country he was born in to manage the club he started his career with, baffling decision.

Any evidence of these racist chairmen?
