But as I said at the start, the number of black players playing in England 20/30 years ago was vastly lower than it is now. So I would expect this imbalance to even out in the future. The managers and coaches of today were the players 20/30 years ago.
The bigger names always get more opportunities, they create a buzz and typically when they go into management early they still have links to clubs and are a draw for new signings. We got that benefit when Keane took over.
