Well lads, it's as almost as if 00 flour makes a difference to pizzas. Hard to believe I know.
Frying pan pizza coming up superb. Buzzing with this hewwa.
Did another after this to try and char it more but the trade off is the sauce dries out a bit and it's not as good.

Similar to a naan.I've started making mine in a frying pan now, but with Greek Yoghurt and self raising flour. Significantly superior IMO.
I usually just ask the baker in Sainsbury/Morrisons. Sometimes they give it to you, sometimes they charge - about 20p for 50grams. Morrisons used to sell it pre-packed in blocks but don't seem to do so anymore.Where can you buy fresh yeast?

It wants to be the best pizza ever the time it’s took.pizza for tea tonight. Made a dough from my sourdough starter the other day, been cold proving for 36 hours or so. Hopefully turns out ok
A bbq and a pizza stone would do the job!

Looks canny that.Think I've got a cracking dough recipe sorted now, the results are outstanding through the frying pan method, would love to try one in an Ooni.
Obviously can't get the charring on an electric grill. You can brown it but it's a fine line between a bit of colour and overcooking it.
