This.Ooni is the one you want.
ooooh look at me, I’ve got £400 spare. Honestly some people.
Is it big enough though? Doesn’t look that big for a pizza. One of them ones you joy in your garden look mint.
this one? it's not portable thoughOoni is the one you want.
It's pretty heavy to be fair.I don't have it spare as such but I spend a fair whack on pizza and presuming I stopped that and used this instead it would end up saving me money within a year
this one? it's not portable though
They all will be surely? It's pretty heavy to be fair.
Actually it's the same weight as the one in the op give or take. They all will be surely?
wood burningWhy are these better than a normal oven?
Ooni can be wood firedwood burning
Does it alter the taste significantly?wood burning
the Ooni one has a chimney and isn't meant to be portable, the Roccbox is portable, dual burning and cheaperActually it's the same weight as the one in the op give or take.
Use less dough but cost more dough...Why are these better than a normal oven?
You won't be going anywhere for a while cat....the Ooni one has a chimney and isn't meant to be portable, the Roccbox is portable, dual burning and cheaper
very much soDoes it alter the taste significantly?
yes that is true but I'm not planning on putting out that much on an unnecessary if wonderful gadget that I would only use for the next few weeksYou won't be going anywhere for a while cat....![]()
Cat's always barking up the wrong tree...What sort of wood do you need for one of these?
That does sound good. There's a company in the north east called Scream for Pizza, they go round food markets and different events in a VW camper van making pizzas to order. They're excellent. This bit of kit looks like what they've got in the van, and the pizzas are as you describe.very much so
it depends what kind of pizza you like I suppose
Personally I like very thin Italian wood fire cooked pizza with the black marks and everything
If you prefer a thicker base American style pizza an ordinary oven is probably just as good
