Self Isolation game plans

Square Enix had a sale on their Nintendo e-shop. Spent so much on there my card got blocked for suspicious transactions to prep for lockdown... then just playing the shit outta Animal Crossing with the kid anyway (she's now banned from my island because she digs fecking holes everywhere and leaves the place a mess).

Need to give this another go. Played a few hours when it came out but it didn’t grab me.
Need to finish god of war too but will prob have to start all over again cause I can’t remember how to play it 🙈
 
I’ve just bought a second hand motherboard and i7-4770 with 8gb RAM off eBay. I know it’s old but should be fine for the game’s I want to play. Just set up steam link on raspberry pi and gonna stream some games to my telly.
Just need a gpu now. Don’t need nowt flash but looking for something around £80-100.
 
Bought AC Origins for £13 on PS store, it'll be my first time paying an AC game. If it's crap, I'll play some GT Sport or do the Witcher 3 expansions.

I don't normally replay games but would quite happily give Metro Exodus or Days Gone another run through.

I loved origins spent a lot of hours on it. Weirdly can’t seem to get into odyssey though.
 
Booting back this week. Probably carry on with Sea of Thieves, the hours just fly by so its ideal for this situation.

Is Days Gone any good?

Probably unrelated but a long time ago I loved Alan Wake, would love another game of that genre.

You played Silent Hill 2 and 3? They're old, and I'd recommend the originals over the last gen remasters, but they're the epitome of horror gaming for me. Wonderful games.
 
Just got my first ever platinum trophy for horizon zero dawn, who says we cant be productive under house arrest! :lol:

Its very ubisoft so if you like running around doing repetitive things for a VERY long time (which weirdly I seem to) you'll like it.

Decided to finally play Luigi's Mansion on the Switch, I hadn't really played it since getting it, enjoying it so far. I'm also gonna get back to Super Mario Oddysey and Zelda, I've only played a few hours each

I must give Luigi mansion a proper go. Hardly touched it since I bought it. Tbh I’ve hardly touched the switch since I got it

Control is supposedly similar to Alan Wake, have a gander at some gameplay videos on YouTube.

Enjoyed Zelda more than Mario which was too easy and, well, just seemed a bit like a game built on absolutely nothing. There's about 500 moons a stage, there was just no sense of achievement for me when collecting them. Mario Kart is good, like, you should get it and I'll give you a thrashing.
