This alone shows the stupidity of the current voting system, you don't live here then you shouldn't be alllowed a vote here.
I do live there. You're not very au-fait on the voting rules I take it?

I’ve had a few good nights there anarl, total dump, rough as fuck but canny nights out.
I did 20 years and it was f***ing awful. The outsourcing of jobs to agencies is a f***ing disgrace but is never mentioned. Legally they get around the required notice period for overtime by saying it was on every day then cancelling it at the last minute. I bet you worked in QA or the offices. The lads on the line have prison pallors and sleep issues - but they can lease a shiny new car that they build but don't earn enough to buy outright. Pension was disgracefully downgraded many years ago. And no fucker explained short notice overtime or banked hours to me when I signed on in 1998, but no, go on, tell me how f***ing wonderful it is. 'If you don't like it, haway we will go up to personnel and you can hand your notice in - there are plenty on the dole would love your job'. Heard that many a time.I worked there for 11 years - good pay, excellent pension and really positive work attitude. Short notice overtime was always a problem but always explained before you worked there. Nissan was not for everyone but best place I ever worked.
So who do the sons and daughters of Tory voters generally vote for?Because for whatever reason the thick kernts on here and in sunderland generally vote labour because “their dad did “.
Labour. So who do the sons and daughters of Tory voters generally vote for?
Win, win then...Sunderland is dead, the population is shrinking and has been for years. Even that little jumped up town newcastle is bigger than Sunderland now ffs. It's a shit hole ……...…. but it's my shithole and when I'm too old to work any more I'll be retiring there cos I love the place.
Labour.
Interesting theory.
And yet when a party is trying to offer better infrastructure, healthcare and wages, you warn us to vote against them?
And we have the inferiority complex?
Hmm. You're an odd bean.
Probably they're like me and not "settling " for stuff like we're some sort of soft shite just looking at a bigger pictureI am Sunderland born and raised. My genuine question is why do the City of Sunderland people settle for second or third best mediocrity whether in local govt regeneration, national politics, and yes football.??? WHY ???
How old are you ?I cant imagine past proud Sunderland generations putting up with such mediocrity.
Any evidence to back this claim up that people do this? In my experience the most vocal either don’t vote, or vote for UKIP/Brexit Party etc, Those people should accept democratic decision and the will of the people imo.I’m on about the daft bastards from sunderland who complain about the state of the Vaux site etc but come election day vote the same people back in .
It's awful, a truly awful place
Where? It's awful, a truly awful place
What?Any evidence to back this claim up that these are the same people?
See my edit.What?
Better obviously , and why compare a town the size of sunderland to shiremoor? Compare it to newcastle man dopeyIf its that bad, what does that then make the place you live (Shiremoor) ?
