Those above who proudly claim they also would have stuck the boot in, could I ask you one or two questions?

1. Did the journalist also 'deserve' his beating? Would you have joined in the mob kicking him?

2. Have you ever heard of or been aware of the concept that kicking someone on the floor is cowardly?

3. If you had been part of the mob and your kick at the helpless man on the floor had connected with his temple or some other vital part and you'd killed him or given him life affecting injuries, would you have felt any guilt or remorse at all, or would he have fully 'deserved' it in your eyes?

Our police don't have 'nightsticks'.

I don't think even US police have carried nightsticks since the times of Laurel and Hardy.

Sorry, but mob violence is never an appropriate response to a bit of personal inconvenience.

Whether through accident or design, my commute to work sometimes gets delayed by other people. Am I now justified in taking a swipe at them?

Finally, if you genuinely 'love' seeing a person getting a kicking from a mob whilst lying defenceless on the floor, then there is something wrong with you. You are lacking in normal human empathy and I'm glad I don't have to deal with you in the real world.

It’s a disgrace the way we treat our planet and I’d back huge change. I’ve altered my life to have the minimum of guilt. This is not the way. These people don’t just want that if you read their manifesto. They’re scum and deserve all they get

They were kicking out and confrontational. They could have climbed down when told to but decided to try and kick someone in the face. He was asking for it. The coppers would have used force as well. It’s a shame he wasn’t electrocuted tbh

The police smashing him with clubs would be good enough to me. Would like to see them ‘peacefully protesting’ over in Russia and see what the police there would do to them.

I would have much preferred that as well. I love it when Italian police wade in if people take the piss. We need to be more hard liner and let police crack some skulls. That’s why this is happening because we’re too soft. This wouldn’t ever happen in Rome they’d be rightly kicked to fuck.

How do you know they're trustfund kids and 'proffesional' (sic) protestors? How many of them have you interviewed? The elderly lady I saw on the BBC video didn't seem to be in either of those categories.

Similarly, I'd be interested to know the full results of your survey of the public, where you found out that they'd had enough of the protests. Would you mind sharing? I'm a member of the public and haven't had enough. What sort of percentage were with me in the minority?

Looking forward to your reply, since I'm sure a great mind like yours wouldn't simply have invented such accusations without any evidence whatsoever.

I can probably help there. It would almost certainly have been terror and fear that would have gone through their minds.

Hopefully it'll never happen to you, but if one day you happen to get caught on your own by a violent mob, perhaps you'll be able to confirm.

do you live in areas affected by ER ? i speak to enough people to know they dont approve of ER and the other climate cultists ( who by the way are usually massive hypocrites
 
Don't really know how they expected anything other than a kicking. Not saying it's right like, could've just dragged them down, but you have to expect that some people are going to want to punch you for being a twat.

Is it legal to stand on the roof of a train carriage? In the U.K., not in India.

Operate within the law and you don’t tend to get a kicking off anyone.
