The thought of sitting through league 1 with boring jack ross grinding out 1-1s against utter shite is a horrendous prospect. I’d take Keane a hundred times over that! Bit of excitement and some endeavour. Sick at the thought of Ross.

I do feel his precious tenure here soured what ever hopes of a possible retyurn. However, as much as I admire our new owner, I feel they're just as egotistical as Keane. I couldn't see them both working together

As I’ve said before you always type matter of factly.
You have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, and public info isn’t always correct info.
He’s a PR man.
he is a pr man yes., whats that got to do with anything? im sure he does attempt to deploy his pr skills at safc-though the pr at present is terribly bad so i dont know what he is doing-but any interview or comment he has ever made is about finances-not signings-and stewart comments on signings...which implies they are telling tje truth when they say SD does the football side and charlie the rest. I type matter of factly forstly because I dont have an agenda so dont start from a positon of emotional cerainty-indeed Im not very emotional about football at all-it means much less to me than to others-and secondly because the stuff i comment on is stuff where the facts are largely in the public domain-that means the errors I make-and i sure make errors-are mine alone.

that is why keane isnt a good football manager-club owners will be egotistical-it costs a fortune to own a c;lub-people who have made that sort of money will have egos..
keane played for cloygh and ferguson-who had complete control-so thinks thats what managers get. what he doesnt realise is-they got complete control after a period of sustained success-when they had proved themselves and achieved..its not reasonable to expect to get that at the start of a management career or a club.

If you aren’t very emotional about football stop clogging up practically every thread on here, especially as you type with boxing gloves on most of the time.

Over 7000 posts since August says otherwise mind you.

Or perhaps put kildaremackem in charge of our club.

he seems to know everything about everything that is SAFC.

The air guitar fuck up was hilarious and we just took over
That championship season under Keane was amazing, the atmosphere was electric, we and the players felt we could win every game and so many times we did just that, even in the 90th minute. The euphoria of having Keano at our club was immense, every tinpot reporter and football pundit were talking about our club for all the right reasons, Keane put us in the spotlight. Sure he's slated for over spending in the premier but if the piggy bank is full you're going to want to spend it. That championship winning side cost next to nowt in comparison and what a season we had, from bottom to top, from depression to feeling on top of the world. Would I like to see those times return, too f***ing right I would. Will we have that adrenaline rush watching Ross in charge?

The man has got serious issues , why folk are looking back to over ten years ago is beyond me , lightning doesn’t strike twice man.

He fucked us over then , he’d not think twice about doing it again.

Fuck him.
