Crowd for sat

Seems like a lower crowd than I was expecting. Having said that it’s a crap kick off time especially for anyone living outside the region on a day we weren’t expecting a game and potentially a couple of weeks before another expensive trip to London. I’d guess the second leg would have been more popular, nothing can be decided in this one. Can see why some might decide not to go.
Yeah 2nd leg at home would have topped 40k.

Let's just hope the season card holders who attend get the first shot at Wembley tickets .
Would be the fairest way .

I'm a season card holder and won't be attending on Saturday but I'll be right at the front on any Wembley queue what with loyalty points also, even if they have the ability to cut it your suggested way as a ticket has been bought using my SC for a lad who cant usually get to games.

As it happens though I don't want to go to Wembley either so the same lad will most likely get the ticket. This also disproves the theory that everyone not going will be the ones desparately trying to get to Wembley as at least one other poster on the thread has also confirmed he won't bother with either match.

Shhh...dinnit give my secret away

Whilst I am going tomorrow I have to admit it doesn't have me pumped like other play off or matches of similar standing previously have.

I expect we wont get to Wembley based on form and opposition.

If we do I dont expect there to be overwhelming clammer for tickets after everyone did the checkatrade.

Owners are conspicuous in their absence in the lead up to this given their previous noise.

Manager not got a grip of the team or tactics.

All in all it currently feels a bit "meh".

I will completely change at 5pm tomorrow when I get to the pub.

There is a sizable element mind, who pretty quickly will be Sunderland fans again if we get to Wembley. You’d be amazed at the amount of folk that need an excuse for a weekend away. The henpecked twats

I doubt it mate. History shows we don’t turn out for cup/play off games. I suspect you would have seen around 32,000- 35,000 (if we had a chance of going through)

I know you're absolutely right mate but there's also some that just aren't arsed now, SC holders too and who have renewed for next season. On Saturday the crowd will ill be about 14k down on the recent league fixture, the clamour for Wembley (if) might not be as big as would be expected

You feel that way cos the manager has sucked the life out of you and given you no hope..

The purchase history thing is to prevent Portsmouth fans buying home end tickets. As they haven't sold their allocation yet and we are struggling to shift as many as we would have hoped someone has clearly shown some common sense and intervened.
Ahhh, makes sense. Nice one mate.
