Spain or Mexico.
I really enjoy hearty Spanish stews and casseroles.
I also enjoy Mexican food, burritos, enschiladas and chicken molè.
Is Chicken Mole that chicken dish covered in chocolate? A mate of mine got it once when we were eating out. I'm sure he only got it as it was the most expensive thing on the menu and it was on expenses.
It was rank

Love Tapas
As someone posted earlier in the thread, finger food is great

There are so many cultures here in America that you can find all kinds of foods just about everywhere and anywhere.

The other day my wife and I were driving around and there was this small stand selling papusas just in the middle of this residential neighborhood. We decided to get some and they were absolutely amazing.
We were working with a lot of local guys and let them choose everyday where we went for lunch, it was a case of ok, turn left, next on the right. Every place we ate, as tourists we would have drove straight past looking for a "chain".

That's right, though it's a savoury sauce and doesn't taste of chocolate.
The chocolate is only used to enhance the flavour of the sauce.
There are quite a few sauces from around the world, which include chocolate, used to bring out the flavour of the sauce.
I'm no expert like :p

I also love Tapas.

What fillings did you have in your papusas there mate, as a matter of interest?

Chicago pizza is my favorite but no-one in SoCal makes a good one.

There was a pizza place that opened near my house that boasted as being "CHICAGO PIZZA" but right underneath in very small print it states, "with a twist". Turns out it's actually Indian pizza. The last time I drove by the place they had changed the name from CHICAGO PIZZA to INDIAN PIZZA so I am guessing they got a lot of complaints.

Liver and bacon, steak and kidney, haggis, black pudding, toad in the hole, mince and dumplings, apple crumble, some pretty decent sea food... in all honesty, and I know it's heresy on here, I can happily do without a Sunday dinner. Chicken or lamb fine but roast beef isn't my thing and roast pork is a no go.

And pies. Can’t forget pies.
