He used to frustrate me by how he bowled like a complete plum at the beginning of an innings, then like a star at the end.
But he has developed his entire game and looks the real deal lately, he's always been a great fielder.

Its nothing to do with Root, he isn;t good enough at test level, he is a ODI bowler who is world class when people need to attack him, simple.
