Comic relief has a privileged platform because of its unique access to the BBC. My constituents pay that license fee too. You and the BBC have a public duty to educate and promote racial equality. Previous Comic Relief films have fallen short of this.

He's lost the plot the daft racist. Disliking charity because it's from a white person? Another one that's succumb to the weird dogmatic ideological politics that we have today.
In general if you want to show how progressive you are you just follow a few rules.
A woman is better than a man (unless the man is foreign then he may be better), but a black man is better than a white woman (in general white people, especially men are racist, and Brexit people), but all Muslims are better than white and black non-muslims, with the Muslim women being the best of all, except where Islam says they're not. Jews are bad.

Comic Relief really should be just that. A load of comedians go to Africa and try out material. Because that is what Third World countries really need is a proper laugh. A big lol or roflcopter. They don’t need help with famine or lack of clean water, education or infrastructure. They need f***ing Michael McIntyre walking funny and Alan Carr making homosexual innuendo.
