It sure does and I've also used safsee without any problems. I still put in a request for a refund out of principle

Who do you contact or a refund? I would not normally bother but taking into consideration I missed the first three goals and they acknowledged they had an issue, I might contact them accordingly.

There's no right or wrong answer, it sounds as though a lot of folk were let down by what has usually been a good service. Yep shit happens and things go wrong but that shouldn't prevent folk voicing their disappointment.

The reality is when you pay for a product you expect a certain level of quality. For a £10 ppv it really didn’t seem very slick. I’ll give them a reasonable amount of time to respond to my request for some sort of compensation and I think the response will decide whether I bother using it again.

I've used it for each midweek game and never had any issues before, still going to complain though. I paid for a service I didn't receive and it doesn't look like it's coming from the club. I'm expecting the next available match to be free.

When I tried to load the stream it tried to get me to log in and rejected my credentials. When I checked the app I was already logged in so I logged out then logged back in and it worked. Not much use now I appreciate but if you have the same problem in the future it might work.

I watched the game in Sydney, Aystralia (yeah look at me). Missed our first goal and got the coverage back just in time to see them scoring the equaliser (although at the time, I thought they had just gone 0-1 up). Lost the coverage at start of 2nd half but tbf it's the first time I have had any issues.

I also missed most of the first half and sent a mail this morning expressing disappointment with the service, just had a reply and been refunded £5 although I did not request a refund in my initial mail it is a decent gesture
