He doesnt care what the fans think, and rightly so as they are idiots but this is an investment to Ashley and he will run as he sees fit. A lack of a Plan B

Some would argue there is not an obvious Plan A at Newcastle, but this seems a team without ideas – as shown by the fact they swung in 41 crosses against Brighton, 11 more than any other team this weekend. Considering their primary striker, Yoshinori Muto, is four inches shorter than both Brighton centre-backs, it was never likely to be a successful plan.
