The officially released patch should take care of all the transfers etc so the option files should only be effecting kits and names etc. That will be shown in your Master League but not effect the data.
The only place you may notice it is if the option file has created new players previously not in the game (free agents etc) then they may not be available in your ML. That, at least, was the case in previous versions of the game.

Cool mate. I have created a clan called 'Ready To Go'. What is your PSN? I will add you later. I don't have a headset either. Looks like you can do 2v2 or 3v3. The kits look amazing too!

As far as I know it's not. Get in touch with MS and ask for the option to add picture files. If enough people request it they'll probably hoy it in an update.

playing Sunderland in master league and just got sacked, legend difficulty is really tough especially with Sunderland. After changing difficulty from superstar to legend I fell from 3rd to 16th. haven't won a game in 7 games. probably deserved to be sacked tbh.

I thought the demo played a bit different/better but lacked something. The similarities to pes of old arent there anymore imo. Still a good game tho

I don't think it's just a restriction for pes on xb1. On the whole, you just can't upload this type of data file for any game.

Strange though as Xbox is more "mod friendly" than the PS4.
What's the deal with the licences? Can Konami not afford a licence or are they just not allowed them full stop?
Spent 3 hours editing all of England last night
when you're actually playing the game it's not noticeable at all. Apart from Sunderland as I've not tried to replicate this seasons strip.
