Give him lots of money, I want to see him waste it and then come up with excuses. After all this is the man who tried to force Xabi Alonso out of Liverpool to sign Gareth Barry.

Funny how every player Newcastle sign becomes shite the minute he puts pen to contract. :lol: Dunno how long this place has been going but if it was around in 96 I can guarantee there would have been grown men saying Shearer was shite.

Fwiw there are plenty of others who've bemoaned the pathetic name calling and point scoring, in this "car crash" of a thread.

I try and have a conversation with people who have different opinions to me. I try to do it without changing (or misrepresenting) their position, changing the goalposts or calling them names. I don't think I'm one of the usual suspects, no.

Why not post on one of the intellectual debates on 'I'm a Mag me' or 'The Toon Army is Great' forums?

:lol: people moan when Newcastle fans are "all over the board" now you're moaning I try and stick to one or two threads on the whole?

I do post on Newcastle boards. Haven't you worked out how to have multiple tabs open at once?

This place is both busy and full of people with differing opinions to me. A rich seam.
