I'll be there. Not likely to be as quick as last year there but starting to feel strong again. This should be a good pacer for Edinburgh half at end of the month. Hopefully see a few of you there. Looking forward to my goody bag

Giving myself a late fitness test. Had a niggly pain in my lower left leg since Tuesday which hasn't quite gone yet.

Tough going at the P2P. My slowest time by a good 10 mins but at least I got round without recreating any injuries.

canny write up in echo , that Conrad franks comes across as a good lad ... great run by the stroller lass who win the ladies also . I'm amazed clubs don't use these races (and park run) to target unaffiliated runners and try get them to join , there were a few good ones I spotted (the wife was marshalling so I tagged along ).. killed the time by sayin WAD / WADNT/ MAYBE as they passed

I ran Raby Castle 10k, today. It's a tough course with plenty of hills thrown in. Managed 50:30 so pleased with that.
