Anyone turning out for the Pier to Pier on Sunday ?
I'll be there. Not likely to be as quick as last year there but starting to feel strong again. This should be a good pacer for Edinburgh half at end of the month. Hopefully see a few of you there. Looking forward to my goody bag :)

Echo your thoughts lads, windy in parts and suddenly very warm towards the finish. Tough run. One of my favourites though. Well done to those who organise this one

I enjoyed the p2p. Hard graft like. @praha12 is a stalker.

:lol::lol:
Always good to put a real face to a user name.

I thought something was off when i was warming up on the pier before the start but it was just one of those days when my legs didn't want to work.

And another outstanding run MagicRat..

canny write up in echo , that Conrad franks comes across as a good lad ... great run by the stroller lass who win the ladies also . I'm amazed clubs don't use these races (and park run) to target unaffiliated runners and try get them to join , there were a few good ones I spotted (the wife was marshalling so I tagged along ).. killed the time by sayin WAD / WADNT/ MAYBE as they passed

Oh aye , it's gettin boring , but well done @MagicRat again :cool:

which was I ?;)

I ran Raby Castle 10k, today. It's a tough course with plenty of hills thrown in. Managed 50:30 so pleased with that.

Hopefully over my niggles now cos my last 3 weeks or so of runs have felt decent. Still fancying a half marathon, could anyone on here put a link up for any in the North East over the next couple of months. Cheers
