Protest At The Man United Game

For true fans it's only matchday and that will happen whatever league we're in - meet the lads - drink a few beers - celebrate or commiserate - takeaway - home - sleep it off.
The experience is everything the premier league is only there to support the egos of 6 clubs so why not fuck them and enjoy it as always. :)

Have no problem with your reason for going to the match. But claiming that reason to represent true fans is wrong. Other clubs have protested about ownership & shit results with positive results.

Indeed - clubs now see fans as customers, so if enough customers are dissatisfied a business will tend to try and meet the demands of the customer. The situation here is more complex however.

Not to mention it's becoming apparent that some "lads" aren't allowed out to meet their mates unless they're going to the match. It seems it's the only time they can have a drink as well.

Yes, I still think it's mental.
Fair enough, mind.

In that the customer is still happy to fork out for the shite product whilst the owner lights up another cigar.
You have a point. But I think the financials are so bad, and matchday revenue is such a small part of the overall picture, that in the current circumstance costcutting is more important to the board than getting people through the turnstile

The only thing that's sure is that if we sit back and do nothing, Moyes will stay in charge and drag our club further down. If we act together with protests and boycotts we can force their hand because they need our money more than we need the dross that Moyes is serving up.

Sad day fella. I was close ...really close the boys I go with are the reason I renewed.
If they can endure I can ... Though head and heart think I'm off my tits
Think of the alternative(s) to not being at the game on a match day. The summer is usually a welcome break to recharge the batteries and bank balance. Within a few weeks I'm climbing the wall!

I've always said as long as I've the funds and health to hobble along I will irrespective of where or what league. I guess that means there's a canny fee of us off our tits!
