There was a few empty seats in the SWC which is normally full.
I noticed that too. Quite a few in the higher rows

Fair enough. Rightly or wrongly this will be my 9th relegation with Sunderland (including to the 3rd Div) so I can accept this is part of following my team. I'm not happy about it but will look forward to next season and have the same hopes. I've struggled to enjoy that much of our time in the Premiership, except the fact that I go with my kids and enjoy time with them, so hope that next season may even be more enjoyable. Of course, it may not be any more enjoyable but that is part of being a fan.
I can't see our attendance halved - I can see them going down to 30K-35K. Funnily enough my 14 year old has been down there with 10 of his mates to get their season tickets - first time he's sat on his own - half those lads are new season tickets. Life goes on and we follow our team through the ups and downs. The noises coming out the club are that we are planning for a Championship season with the intention of planning for promotion - that's what I want hear as I will be there with my mates (and one of my kids!) regardless. Moyes has made mistakes undoubtedly, especially his comments after the Boro game but his approach as always been that way and if could ever achieve what he did at Everton its all we want. This relegation has been coming for years - we have been very lucky not go down for about 4 or 5 years.
Talk about setting low expectationsAre you for real? It would be very worrying if that wasn't the target.
OK, ignore the rest of it.Are you for real? It would be very worrying if that wasn't the target.
I don't disagree and everyone has the right to make that decision.Their decision. He has made football boring. I don't get why your give up time for bordem.

Isn't what they are really saying they will go back when it's less boring?
Now that might very well be when Moyes goes but if he was to turn it around it's not a personal thing against him is it?
So......howd it go?There's a group of fans looking to protest during and after the Man Utd game. Fair play to them, it's about time we made Short and Moyes aware of how we really feel. Forget about the apathy, I know we're physically drained after experiencing a 5 year long relegation battle but let's at least show our frustration and let the board know that we're not just going to take it on the chin and watch on as they completely destroy our wonderful club.

Are you a mag marra? I'm not arsed either way but some are saying you were outed ages ago and it's well known? Can't say I've noticed much mag coming from you tbh.
He's a mag. The lad is embarrassing.
