Newcastle Manager Situation

First he says it's Moyes, then that it could be Benitez or Pearson and later that Redknapp could be the man for the job.

Proper f***ing ITK.

Not sure why any top class manager would take it apart from £££££s. No transfer window to change things and a bunch of players who dont look interested. One of the Bournemouth goals, Colback was barely jogging to try and get back

I think they've got an underperforming team, probably with the exception of that defence. I think someone like Pearson would be more effective than Moyes at the short term kick up the arse approach. That said, I'm not sure any amount of arse kicking can sort that defence out.

I don't know any manager/coach who could sort their defence out at the minute. Janmaat aside, they are shite at the back.

Furthermore, it seems that Wijnaldum and Sissoko have turned in to whingers, who were "appalling" against Bournemouth, according to many reports.

Would Moyes or Pearson be the type of Manager to motivate either of these 2?

Maybe it's Shelvey's captaincy they don't buy in to.

Tbf to those saying Moyes is a slow starter, he went into Everton in exact same circumstances (fighting relegation in March, club in crisis etc...) and kept them up comfortably.
