Watching Vardy break the record here and there is definitely a touch of Watmore about him. The first touch is the weakness for both but Vardy is showing if your second touch smashes it into the net and you're fast as fuck, you can have this division.

Losing Jermain is a blow, but should be interesting to see Watmore have a real go at it up top now. He's earned the right. BSA managing him well.

He's really likeable as a player and a person as well from the way he comes across. He's very raw and makes a lot of errors on the ball but you can't fault the way he applies himself. Every time he comes on he always makes something happen mainly down to sheer determination of never giving anything up. Great to see.

Hard work and perseverance, can't fault the lad.

His first touch on the other hand..

He won't be able to get away with bad touches in the Prem, you're right, but at least he puts the back 4 under pressure to make a play and maybe force a mistake (Shawcross).

The best young prospect I've seen come through the ranks since Michael Bridges.

We'll be lucky if he's still here in 4 years but we can only hope.

Its a shame so many good players leave their club for top 4 glory and sit on the bench....

As ever, energy, work rate and desire by the bucket load and a quality finish. Excellent performance

Still plenty to improve on though. Touch still very erratic which has to be improved upon.

Used the way he should be used for this stage of career and the type /style of player he is .Wouldnt be half the player with a fraction of the impact if he was starting .
