Is there really a Portsmouth fan on here proclaiming a 26k attendance is shit?

f***ing hell, yous have got some nerve because all 20 of yous made your tin shed shake against Milan once.

One of the best atmospheres of any game that. Just ask Ronaldinho

Seriously? I'm sure he's sitting in retirement thinking...remember that night at Fratton Park. That sweaty fucker ringing the bell made such a noise. 100k at the Maracana just doesn't compare. Them Clasicos? Nah, fuck that. Pompey's the one for me. Them 20k or so, wow.

Do not bother trying to come on here and slate attendances you absolute creep.

How is it shameful? You're the one going on about pathetic excuses. Walk the walk and wipe the floor eh? What bollox! Do want your ego massaged a bit more? Fcuk me, I've no doubt you're a solid fan, but do you really feel like you need a medal?

You've already shown yourself up ...

... please stop.

I was at Fratton in December
I was at Wembley
I could've lied about going last night, but didn't!

Hahahaha, this is like we're in the school fcuking playground

The attendance was still shit

The attendance was only 'shit' by our own standards. We have the top 23 home attendances in the league this season. Last night's crowd was only beaten by one crowd elsewhere this year. That was when Coventry got a few hundred more after giving away 12,000 tickets to kids and only charging all supporters 5 quid per ticket. That resulted them getting a crowd about 14K larger than their norm.

We still had 25K fans there last night. That will be around 8K more than you will have supporting yourselves on Thursday.

I'm not here to fall out with anyone, so let's call it quits. You think you'll get through on Thursday then?

Yes Keith, the case in point, the attendance was bad for Sunderlands standards. In any other term, and for league 1, it was a good attendance.

Mate, I asked how you thought the game would go, not if you're coming down. You've already said that. So how do you think the game will go? Take a chill pill while you're at it ffs

 Do you really believe that shite? He was just being humble.
If you were there you would understand. Best atmospheres I've been to, Wembley included

Now, didn't you say you had a poor desperate wife who needs your attention?

I'm sure it was, but without doubt it won't have been the best atmosphere's that Ronaldhino has experienced.

We do take it with a pinch of salt, but the place was absolutely rocking. It's funny, we get slated by other clubs etc yet Fratton Park always leaves an impression. Mourinho, Henry, even made into a list of the stadiums with the best atmospheres worldwide.

Yes mate that's great, you say it as if we've never created a fantastic atmosphere before...

You won't ...

... best you just fuck off now, you're a bore.

I'll be in the PO Club with @Paddy O'Dors .... show up and introduce yersel if you want to continue this conversation.

You won't 'cos yer full of shit.
I've been speaking with Paddy recently about popping in, it's only a 10 min walk from my place. Mate, I'll be happy to have a chat over a pint, I've got no axe to grind!

No, I know you lot make a great atmosphere, probably more so when you were at Roker from what people have said. What's your opinion? The atmosphere for our league game at the SoL sounded immense on the radio

The acoustics are strange in the ground, now that the away fans have moved it seems neither the away fans nor the home fans hear each other particularly well. Our more vocal fans are at the opposite end, so although the atmosphere is still very good at times, like on Saturday, when you're in amongst it, you can't hear the away fans at all, unless you're much closer to them.

You've an axe to grind on here when you're safe ...

... say the same things to me, on Thursday, and you'll find yersel on yer arse, guaranteed.

Provide a shred of proof and I'l stop laughing.

Sometimes these new stadiums are soulless bowls but the SoL seemed very different, primarily due to the capacity I guess, but it's different to the likes of Britannia, Riverside, Scumhampton etc. How long have away fans been seated in the gods?
