Well that’s not even comparable to an Ooni.

It’s like someone asking for a recommendation for a £10k car and someone recommending them a Ferrari.

Picked up a Fyra a few weeks ago, took a little while to get used to maintaining the temp and that but easy once you’re used to it. Pizzas are getting better but we done some naans in there which were just ridiculous

Any recommendations for good quality wood / fuel. Got some cheap stuff from b&m which seems to burn too fast.

Bought a karu 12, with optional gas burner, a couple of month ago, but not had a chance to test it yet. Hopefully in the next few weeks

Fired the old ooni 3 up yesterday

Bought some latticini orchidea Fior di latte mozzarella - julliene cut

It’s a must buy like! miles better than the supermarket shite for making 500’degree pizza

Zero potato starch in it also which helps it stop burning

The classic dough recipe on the Ooni app is fine. You can use the calculator to amend the amount/ sizes if pizza.
