The club have made a good decision to take their time in finding the right candidate.
Almost immediately we get threads like this suggesting they don’t bother and just hope Dodds can do it!
The club has to stick to its plan for once.
We all hope Dodds does well and then hands the club over to the designated manager at the end. Otherwise it’s just been a waste of time
