Grayson would still be shit whether he had money or not. He spent a sizeable proportion of his meagre budget on Steele. It beggars belief that having watched this clown missmanage for the best part of quarter of the season fans are still hopeful of him turning things around. Might as well howl at the moon.

What about it? All managers, even the best managers in the world go on runs like that from time to time. Literally all of them.

Yes and many of them lose their jobs, as the likes of Steve Bruce did here. I'd hardly call going over a quarter of a season without a win success.
Not all managers go on winless runs of that length either.

Nobody says its success but listen to yourself, sacked for results in quarter of a season? BTW Fergie went on a crap run of 8 games with Man United, 6 of those were defeats.....He has been at the club 3 years.....Good job he was given time dont you think. Just because "many lose their jobs" doesnt mean its the right thing to do, teams take time to build, to give someone 13 games is utterly ludicrous.

Who said it was success? Its the start of a process and given time he will build a good side....Or we get rid, struggle to get a manager and end up in an even worse situation......It does not take just 13 games to build a football team, particularly at a club with as many issues as ours.

Should be seeing a few more signs that the future might be a bit rosier though shouldn't we. We've been awful about 75% of games this season and below average in the rest bar Norwich and Derby

What makes you say he will build a good side in time? He can't seem to pick even a near settled one, informations appear confusing and he stands in his technical area, pointing towards the opposition box, much of the time. He has done nothing here to suggest he'll be anything but an abject failure.
