24 is too young, the lad needs to live his life.

I agree, not an ideal age. Between 25-30 is the purple patch imo.

However life isn’t scripted as you know. Blobs split, lasses forget to take their pill(or spew it back up pissed) and lads forget to jump off at the Weatsheaf instead of going to the town.


Canny chance he might be a Granda in 4/5 year.

Life is not perfect but if they have a loving supportive family behind them, which they obviously do it’s half the battle

Not blowing smoke up your arse but that’s good parenting. Stuff happens and how we react and support them is so important.

Yeah that’s a much better age, I would love my lad to travel the world before getting settled down.

Double edged sword with how long kids tend to stay at home now, earlier tends to make more sense IMO.
