Ineptitude. I had reported the right info to em & they sent wrong team out.
Had feeling it might go pear shaped. The lads were contractors & not properly connected to main system.

Came from nowhere! Let the dogs out for a wee when I got up just after 6am and there was no snow. Now there's a heavy covering here. Sent the bairn to school with a flask of hot chocolate in case she gets stuck at Chester again.
Good when you look out the window and think ‘naaah, not today’ and work from home.might just wfh today like...
