Massive Clash fan here..honest enough to say after the first three albums they didn’t do much anything of note..Rock the Casbah and Should i stay or should i go are utter gash.

IMHO Queen are simultaneously hugely underrated and hugely overrated. Their first four or five albums are among the best music anyone made in the rock genre in the 70s, at which time they were unfairly dismissed as a shit cabaret act because Freddie was spangly and flamboyant (although his outfits made him look like Bronson in Death Wish compared to some of the RIDICULOUS glam bands that came out in that decade). They later achieved national treasure status based on later hits which are not a f***ing patch on their better earlier stuff.
