You use your card 10 times a day every day?

Breakfast, 2 coffees a day, lunch, then evening meal. Bus / Taxi. Quickly get up to 10 transactions...if I go to the pub many more than 10!

Not if you put yourself in credit on it.


I've got a clarity card. I just transfer a bit onto it before i go and keep putting money on over holiday. If still.money on when get home just use for petrol or shopping. Can't remember paying any interest.

Exactly what I do with a Halifax Clarity Card, and pay no Charges or Interest.

Post office do one. Use it all the time.

I use Revolut. Not great for drawing cash out as there’s a £200 a month atm limit before they charge, unless you go premium and it’s doubled. But not cost for contactless payments and it’s got Apple Pay now so you can pay with phone.

I have Monzo and it's been great.

Changing to Starling for 2 reasons.

1. No cap of £200 cash withdrawals in a 30 day period.
2. Miniscule interest paid on balance. (0.5%)

Keeping MONZO as backup.
