Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Been served at ticket office, explained issue with the “common delivery method” error that people are having and explained if they could put this right then it would reduce their workload but they wernt intereted. My tickets sorted now
What did they say was causing it?

Aye cheers, i got an email in junk i guess the confirmation that says tickets will be sent digitally.

Has anyone got these mystical digital tickets yet? Or do we nar if season cards will be activated?

Season tickets are activated. The email is the generic response for any purchase (including aways, which are paper, and season cards, which have been physical up to now)
 
Probably been said already but why we can’t have an opt out system I’ll never understand. Would be quicker for 5000 fans to opt out then 20000 to opt in
 
Install one of those phones that when you ring it puts you in a queue for a call back. You could have one person dedicated to that phone 9-5 for a few days. Just ringing people back and sorting there problems out, could get through 100s per day.

And a similar person on emails..could get through 1000s per day by cut and pasting frequent answers.

One person sorting hundreds of telephone queries a day and one sorting out thousands of email queries per day? You probably don't work in resource planning then.
 
Can't beat modern technology...All I'm getting is an error code when trying to buy my reserved seat......It was easier getting in the ground for the 73 cup game against Luton 50 years ago
Get with the program Grandad, this is simple
Obviously apart from
-The bugs that won't allow people to buy their own seats
-The club's system being incompatible with gmail, locking hundreds out of their accounts
-People having to turn their wifi off and balance their phones on their heads while facing north, in order for tickets to come through
-People not receiving their e-tickets
-The club falsely telling fans that have bought their own seats that they will receive a (never arriving) e-ticket.
-The club unplugging their phones, turning their computers off, and switching off the lights, so that no one can ask questions.

That's technology for ya - having to physically queue in person for 3 hours to ask the club for advice.
Those green electronic season tickets will be a hoot.
 
Anyone having any bother trying to email the ticket office. Keeps coming up Failed To Send.
Plus anyone getting an email saying you must renew your season ticket when it's already been paid.

Makes complete sense this , do it for all cup games too , I’d sign up if it just auto loads your season ticket then if I can’t make it I can just opt out

They can't do that as they can't take payment by any method other than an opt in.

Suppose the thought is that you would be signed up for a direct debit for your season ticket and then you could be automatically charged if / when a home cup game comes up.

But it’s not quite as simple as that so probably wouldn’t work in reality
