Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Yeah. I emailed him yesterday about the “common despatch method“ issue and said that it would be good for the club to issue some form of communication. Just got an automated reply saying he had loads of E Mails and would respond in around 5 days.

Genuinely feel sorry for the guy cos this isn’t his bag of shite to sort out.
It looks like a lot of those that have stood in the queue was because of that reason. Why didn’t they put a message out saying they were aware of the issue and were working to fix it. It got fixed at around 12 o'clock today and people only realised because they were trying over and over again. They could have saved a lot of people a lot time and the staff a lot less hassle with a couple of messages across social media.
 
For anyone who hasn’t received their email with their digital tickets, the staff in the ticket office are adamant that all emails WILL be sent out. This, despite the confirmation emails stating ‘digital tickets will be sent to your email address shortly after receiving this email’. I was given the option of a paper ticket which I accepted.
 
Is it though? Assuming (as the lad above is talking about) we're talking about SC that have been activated for existing seats, why might it be an issue? Have we had mass issues with SC not being properly activated for previous games like this?
Sadly, yes. Don't know what the problem was but for the Fulham replay when like this game plenty had digital tickets, it was chaos outside the east stand and taking an age to get in
