I rarely post but two of us were on the train to brum today and a Boro fan got on at Leeds and sat next to us. Carriage was rammed with Boro going to Leicester.
Anyway, the lad writes Boro articles and books and has a column in their programme. One of his mates is our ticket office manager.
I explained our current issues with away phases etc and the mag fiasco. He has a little chuckle then starts texting our ticket man about what I'm whining about.
Also strongly advised me to put a few quid on an unlicensed French manager taking over in the Summer.
I'm a good few cans deep and the bloke could have been pulling my tail but he seemed genuine to me.
