The first sticky period the regime has faced

With minimal investment in the january window we'd have had enough to beat luton in the play offs, and who knows from there.

Luton went up and are making a real go of it. you can't tell me we didn't have a better side than them last year or we couldn't outperform them this year.

Even if we went down we'd be 100-200m better off and the likes of clarke, neil and ballard would be worth double what they are now.

Can you imagine if we'd spent 30m on ekwah, jobe & patterson
Or 60m on the other three

I just think the model needs some flexibility. If the squad requires an older signing it requires an older signing it’s that simple.
This. Recruitment has been horrendous of late. It’s since we’ve moved away from UK based players. We have a large squad with a couple of gems and an 11 that pretty much plays week in week out because the squad is full of players who are nowhere near ready. Or Maybe ready in 12/18 months. There’s players who aren’t getting minutes due to the Bellingham situation. If we don’t change the approach we are in trouble next season as Clarke is gone. Armed with the Stewart money Speakman hasn’t exactly done a great job with that.
Surely the first sticky period was when KLD had hoodwinked the fans into thinking he'd bought the club until it was leaked that he hadn't?
This tells you everything you need to know about the BCB. Hes full of shit. Doubled down with more bullshit hoping it would go away. Man City’s trial will be done and dusted before KLD completes stage 2 of his investigation. It was him who fucked up. Just admit it.
