Team out on the drink?

Nothing wrong with it in isolation, however we're still trying to rid ourselves of the previous toxic culture at the club and one or two players left over from that era have question marks over their drinking.

Overall, I think it's asking for trouble. This is time we should be using to gain a physical edge over Charlton. Could they not have left it til next sunday?

Personally I think they've earnt it marra. If they're out another 2 or 3 nights this week, that's a different matter altogether:cool:

f***ing hell

You're pathetic

I am probably in a minority, but I’d prefer the players not to go out so close to a final. I know people will argue that it’s team bonding, and they have the weekend off, but ulimately alcohol impacts the recovery process. Today should have been our advantage over Charlton, so it would be disappointing if the players had a canny drink last night.

The only difference between last night and most free nights of the year is that they socialised in public.
With football fans what they don’t know don’t hurt them.
Personally if I had the luck and ability to perform on such a stage I would not compromise my body in any way. But then if I was a top athlete the impact of a few drinks may be minimal

You would man. You'd be a young minted lad with skirt all over you. Of course you'd be out on the slurp.

And this is where you are wrong I'm afraid. And why risk it?
