Takeover News/Rumours - Part 42

If Sartori & KLD have 80% shares then its a takeover regardless of whether the other 2 clowns stay on. Or are you saying JS & KKD aren’t going to be majority shareholders?
JS is already a shareholder, not sure it really matters what we call it but it looks like the current owners will still have the majority but in different splits. It seems that SD wants nothing to do with the club but CM does.
As far as I can tell nobody knows much at all about KLD.

It doesn’t make you right either. Certainly possible CM is still involved and Rodwell is their man.
Do we have a clue how involved Rodwell was in this appointment?

But Rodwell will report to new owners soon, if he doesn’t perform they get rid. CM role tbc, but doesn’t sound like he’ll be on football side with Sporting Director in and another position being worked on.

Do we know who Rodwell will report to? At best it’s one new part owner and the rest all the same people surely?
I like the look of the structure, not convinced by the people they are putting in the roles so far but time will tell.

it matters if JS & KLD have majority together. Do you really think KLD & his advisers would invest anything without being protected from the other 3 potentially overruling him?

The Speakman interview was good but then again, what do people expect, he is going to say all of the tick box things. Proof as ever in the pudding and there will have to be a little patience as he casts his influence.

The cheerleaders are out in force already mind, as it stands, the pound shop CEO who tried to sell over a hundred years of history for a few quid is still here. Methven is still here and reports of his growing influence should be a stark warning given his incompetence and the choice of manager is underwhelming on the face of it.

The worry is that we have missed a huge opportunity and we will be where we are now or worse in 12-18 months. Possibly less, supporters are understandably frustrated and any grace period is becoming narrower and narrower. On the other side of the coin, LJ is a success in getting us out of this division, however, I have my doubts.

Oh the mags will be outraged someone nicking their net spend trophy
Just trying to add a bit of context.
It's ok saying he spent £60m and failed to get promoted, but Bristol sold some of his best players for huge profits to Premier league teams, maybe if they kept them they would have been promoted.

I don't know why I'm fighting his corner like, I don't even want him.😂

i think the exact makeup of shares etc.will be interesting. I’d be very surprised if he allows SD or CM to have any say but we’ll see.

with regards to CM i don’t think fans will want him involved at all, they've both fucked the club up and slagged fans / club / area off. Hopefully neither of them have any say or role moving forward, certainly not on the football side anyway
Anyone who slags off a former employer is amateur and small time

That’s the model teams at our level should be following but regardless of what he’s recouped he’s still had £60m to spend. Selling for profit should allow you to improve the squad.
