Takeover in trouble

Of course you're right. Not sure why some are trying to pretend the proposed deal wouldn't be a take over. Currently the club is ran by Donald, Methven and Sartori. If the details we've heard are correct, next season the club would be majority owned by someone else, with them as minority shareholders. So they'd have taken over majority control. So a take over. If Donald was left with 0.1% would it still not be a takeover because Donald is still involved? Of course not. If overall control of a club is transferred to a new individual/ group it's been taken over

Spot on.

Some new poster started posting yesterday and was adamant about this. Some very worrying things are being said at the minute
It would be nice if some idiot with no facts, no evidence, and no clue fabricated something positive for a change, but maybe that wouldn’t be as popular.

Nixon. Ties in with what that poster said yesterday
He probably read the thread man.

Aye, it’s you I’m on about. We all have our moments. You just had yours.:lol:

Where have you seen this? This would surely be damning if true given the whole we are now a debt free club act theyve been going for

We aren't debt-free, Donald even admitted they took a loan out in April - unsure why the myth is allowed to perpetuate

True. Just a lot of negative from nixon today hopefully hes full of shit
It’s odds on in my book that he’s talking out of his trousers. Truth is it’s a safe bet as he’s done very little else.

Is the new poster who appeared on here recently with all this info actually Nixon himself. (Twighlight zone music)

Think ive always associated the fact that us in debt meant 150 million in debt when with combined money owed for players and this small loan its probably a debt of like 10 million, which even in this case you could imagine why the investors would want to renegotiate having found this
