Southampton spying compendium thread

Unfortunately for Boro, I think the only precedent there is, is Sunderland v Swindon, where Sunderland went up. Even though Swindon's cheating also effected everyone else in the league, Sunderland gained whilst the other teams in the Playoffs suffered. So if anything happens at all, Hull will be promoted whether they win or lose the playoff final.
This^^^

As uncle Bob knew prior to any outcome
And remember the Mags finished third and believed they should have gone up not 6th placed Sunderland. The League said that Swindon won the Play-off competition and Sunderland were Second therefore it was Sunderland promoted.

I can see exactly the same outcome if Southampton win, whereas if they lose, they will get a points deduction.

Can they prove he took photos or videos and uploaded them back to Southampton?
IF, it happened the Football League IDC will be able to prove it as just as a starter they will demand to see:
  • Full device access
  • Photo/video library
  • Recently deleted items
  • Metadata (timestamps, GPS, device info)
  • Messaging apps
  • Call logs
  • Cloud backups
  • SD card contents
  • Deleted files metadata
  • Transfer logs
The IDC will presumably also demand:
  • Emails between analysts/coaches
  • WhatsApp groups used by the coaching staff
  • Teams channels
  • Access to any Tactical analysis platforms
  • Upload logs showing when new footage was added
  • Internal scouting reports created after the incident
This Salt lad is seen throughout the 2nd half of the season on the touchline at games celebrating wins with Tonda Eckert so he is clearly close to the boss and a key member of the team.

I had a bet 20/1 on Sunderland promoted which the bookies declined to pay out..I feel this is different to that as Southampton tried to gain advantage v their personal rival in the 1st leg at Boro of which they drew..fk knows what will happen

Any ruling from an appeal is considered final. EFL rules do not permit the case to be taken to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Maybe some of the can prove it, if the EFL ever get access to it. They aren’t the police, they can ask for it, but what they get is a different story.
