14 days to reply to the charge and then what EFL investigation? and the final is on the 23rd? They were charged on the 8th so they don't have to answer til the 22nd? Even if the EFL ask for a quicker decision, if the rules are 14 days to respond, why would Southampton agree to something outside of the "rules"? Ironic.
Doing it quicker will get accusations of kangaroo court, unless the charges are admitted without excuse. That isn't in their interest you would feel, unless a punishment is agreed.
The EFL have 40k tickets for Boro or Southampton to sell after the decision is made.
Its going to have to happen after the Final which has no chance of being postponed, IMO.
