Phil was no friend of the Gay community.

As Vito found to his cost. However, karma was in play and I’m sure many of us cheered when Phil’s head was popped by his SUV.

More evidence to suggest Paulie's involvement in Tony's demise as opposed to Patsy IMO. He was certainly open to the possibility of taking over the family when Johnny Sack mentioned the possibility of New York taking Tony out during Series 4, plus you had Butchie pretty much saying that Paulie wasn't to be touched during the penultimate episode.

Mentioned earlier in the thread that there’s actually a Schrödinger theme in the final season which supports the “Tony is dead, and also not dead” theory.

Whether you want to follow this line of thought is entirely dependent on how abstract you want to get, and/or how bored you are.

Yeah. The more you watch, the more sense this makes.

E.g 2:00 minutes in, Butchie and co are conspiring in a hair salon. The next scene is Paulie walking in to see the crew with a box of hairdressing scissors.

You can put the clues together and come up with a theory, you certainly can't 'know'.
Why is there so many different theories if someone actually 'knows'. Which one is correct if you 'know'?

They're both probably dead at this stage tbf both are early 1940s and deer only live about 6 years.
