No freedom of speech advicate I'm aware of allows for incitement of violence to occur.Of course you are free to say what you want but you need to understand there are consequences to all actions....Some consequences are when you say hateful full things you will hurt peoples feelings, another consequence is that you might break laws and end up in jail. You can still say what you want, its your choice and nobody can stop you.
I would say the right to free speech comes with responsibility not to use it to hurt others or encourage others people to hurt others....If you choose to do that anyway then you are choosing to accept the consequences.
The consequences argument is completely irrelevant to the free speech debate.
Saying speech has consequence is as menaingful as saying breathing has consequence.
The question is what should the state censor or punish you for saying.
