No freedom of speech advicate I'm aware of allows for incitement of violence to occur.

The consequences argument is completely irrelevant to the free speech debate.

Saying speech has consequence is as menaingful as saying breathing has consequence.

The question is what should the state censor or punish you for saying.

That's like saying you are free to rob a bank, as long as you understand the consequences are go to jail.

Hurting people's feelings should not be a matter for the law, it's actually absurd that it should be necessary to say that.

I’m glad your family members haven’t experienced much racism. Mine have. Rather than being a twat I encourage you to consider how you would feel if you were in that situation.

Your usual MO of “ dosent affect me, don’t care” brings literally nothing to what I’ve written, dosent engage with any of the points I made, so I don’t give a fuck how you feel about it.

It dosent matter what your family experience is, it dosent outweigh the evidence that racism and supreamacy is on a rapid resurgence within the west. That’s simply a fact. Good that it hasn’t hurt your family, but some people give a fuck about more than just what affects them directly.

Sad thing is that it won’t be long before it does affect them to at this rate. And it will be the inattention and lethargy of dopey self interested pricks like yourself who permit it to happen.

It's not about being selfish, I'm fully aware that racism exists and other people experience it.

My point is THE REST of what you said is ridiculous.

Yeah loads of times, her step dad doesn't know an awful lot about him (tbf most of the stuff I hear about him is off here) but he doesn't think he's this nazi type figure he is often portrayed as. He actually bumped into him once in a hallway of an office block and they said hello to each other.

His son however, he doesn't see anything wrong with what he does at all. He's been to one of his demos a few years ago, he absolutely despises Islamism and he's harsher about Islam than most, he has some really fucked up stories regarding Islam over the years. But it's hard to tell exactly what he thinks cos hes quite a jokey provocative fella anyway. He's just a British lads lad type of guy.

Whilst this doesn’t surprise me, it’s fairly symptomatic of the way the world is going. Folk jumped up & down and frothed at the mouth when that lass in Syria said seeing heads discarded in bins didn’t faze her, but society as a whole is getting increasingly desensitised to extreme acts of violence.
