Just in time as it was probably going to fall down soon. Always thought it would make a cracking venue on a match day, issue was always its access for the remainder of the week and what was around it.

Sounds like it intends to be a venue in its own right and not something which relies on match days.

With the housing academy and the additional housing down that area it should get the footfall needed .

I imagine we are going to see a lot of the buildings knocked down in that area soon
