They don't give a fuck what's built there as long as it's not luxury housing. That will relegate their estate to a lower league and they can't have that can they???..It's pretty clear they have some sort of collective hyacinth bucket syndrome.

The fuckers are up in arms about some minging seagulls nesting in the seaburn centre roof. Why are they so desperate to stop that from being demolished it's an eyesore?

the daft fuckers are on about getting the RSPB involved about the roof and birds nesting and have a pic of a kestrel flying around, any bird that's not a seagull that's daft enough to nest amongst them on that roof gets eaten.

Theyre f***ing nuts man.

Moaning about a lack of parking then going off it when 4 scabby trees needed to go to lay it.
Moaning about potential traffic off the new housing estates yet ignoring the higher volume that would come with a shit load of leisure facilities.

The way the fuckers are going on, i want the council to build a f***ing massive block of eastern european inspired flats that wraps around South bents and cut every tree down in a mile radius.
 
Think it's funny how they complain about increased traffic and then say the lad is used by loads of visitors coming to the area.

Surely if you get shot of visitors that use the land congestion would improve.

Mate, they are more confused than scooby doo. At one meeting they voted that grassing the whole area would be best way forward. “Come to Seaburn and see our fuck off big field” :lol:
