Had some Zombie Cake last weekend was alright but a little bit bland. Best stout/porter I’ve tasted was at Craft Beer Calling called 3 bean stout by Lervig brewery - absolutely outstanding

Zombie cake is OK, if a little sweet. The Jet Black Heart was nice in cans as it was cream flow.

And the 3 bean one was something like 12% as I remember getting a bottle from lou's. Too strong, I much prefer a tasty sessionable beer myself but each to his own.

Yeah it was 11%.....I only had 1/3 pint at the festival which was probably more than enough. Couldn’t drink much more of it myself but the flavour was intense. More of a pudding than a beer
