Rightmove Voyeurism

I know CLS quite well as live not far away. I do not know the demographic of occupants specific to that development, thus the question. Perhaps i am incorrect in assuming it is cheap?

Lived in Chester all me life, have a mate who bought one...had loads of noise, nice apartment for the money.
Have another mate who lives on the parade, has a whole house, massive 3 storey terrace with a huge cellar...think they go for loads mind.

Check out this 7 bedroom property for sale on Rightmove farmhouse, yurts, holiday let business, waterfall and a swimming pond!
Wonder why they are selling. Parking looks to be a bit cramped.

This one down Durhams a bit OTT and overpriced but will let him off due to the shirt hanging up.

How would one go about buying something like this? Does the fact that it's a business make it more viable to get a mortgage on?
Commercial mortgage via broker, using previous figures from the holiday business and a well prepared business plan. Get a good accountant to go over the current books.

That would be the start and you'll some sizable deposit.

What sort of deposit do you reckon?

Horrible that. Not sure how they can command the best part of 2 mill for a house with very few redeeming features.

There are a lot of issues here but the main one for me, and the thing that would drive me insane, is that door near the snooker table that isn’t aligned with the steps.

I’d just scream ‘Why?????’ every time I saw it.

Oh, and the mummy that looks like it’s working at JLB Credit.

More money that taste, everything about the state of that place is horrific like

how about taking a big loan out on the value of the business, using that to buy the business, then servicing the debt using the business income whilst flogging off all the assest, replacing yurts with cheap tents, selling the hot tub and replacing it with an inflatable paddling pool or two and ending up stuck in league one for years. is there any profit in that?

A little dated with a rotten en-suite.
Immaculately cared for though. The kitchen and main bathroom look original and are in excellent nick. I'd leave them, this will all swing round back into fashion, just like swirly carpets and avocado bathroom suites are back. The ensuite looks like an oldie had some mobility issues.

Can't think of anyone who would do or validate such a thing!
