Rightmove Voyeurism

There is a one in red rose Terrence top of the street 3 bed two storey apartment
very good
That looks like a lot for not very much. What's wrong with it?
Is it in a building that houses trouble tenants for instance?
Would be a great buy, if no issues such as above, for a first purchase.

Issue I see is its 3 bedrooms so you'd be attracting a young family but no outside space would put most off, would be decent for a house share though but then only 1 bathroom makes that a bit of a nightmare. Local area doesn't seem bad on a quick look on Google maps though.

Im currently looking for my first place, houses with gardens seem to go pretty quickly whereas flats/apartments seem to stick around for a while, not sure if it's due to price drops in apartments and people expecting too much though or since covid everyone sees outside space as a bigger priority.

In a great area at the top of the street Google it and you can see
Gets a lot of pub, takeaway noise too...
Thats the going rate for them
Yeah it is close to the gin bar but still in a very good spot

Lived in Chester all me life, have a mate who bought one...had loads of noise, nice apartment for the money.
Have another mate who lives on the parade, has a whole house, massive 3 storey terrace with a huge cellar...think they go for loads mind.

Yeah an old chap I know lives in a downstairs near the gin bar

Check out this 7 bedroom property for sale on Rightmove farmhouse, yurts, holiday let business, waterfall and a swimming pond!
Wonder why they are selling. Parking looks to be a bit cramped.

This one down Durhams a bit OTT and overpriced but will let him off due to the shirt hanging up.
