Resting heart rate

I wasn't in hospital the monitor allowed me freedom of movement, a year earlier Darlo hospital tried a 24hr monitor which showed nowt. The cardio professor has signed me off his care unless I have another episode of Afib.
If managed correctly there shouldn't be any problems (hopefully). Being signed off is a positive thing. You'll have been given the care points to be aware of.

Where are you getting your Vo2 max from ?
Watch generally (I know it's not accurate) but if you use the formula based on weight, HR and run time, it's very similar.

I know the watch HR is accurate. I was sat in coronary care a few years back and had watch on whilst being hooked up, they were pretty close!

Issue was that every time my HR dropped below 40 an alarm went off. Hardly slept all night. All good with the heart though, did tests etc including bloods. Turned out to be an issue with my sternum.
