Can't say that for certain can we!? They might do it one day, f***ing hope not like, but if we both end up in the same league for an extended period again it could happen
it wont happen for a generation ..6 in a row when all we would need is a draw..it aint gona happen !

Course I can, relegation, I've literally argued with Sunderland fans that you're not doomed to a second relegation that you've got enough quality and so on. I was able to speak highly of Defoe with spontaneously combusting and think Grayson is a decent appointment.

Compare that to the nonsense that's written about NUFC. According to RTG, Benitez isn't a good manager, some going to far as to say he's "bang average". Newcastle have no good players. (honestly if you believed half the shite on on here Newcastle have never had any good players), are financially fucked, have a fraud as a manager and are certs to go down  I get that the majority of that is just what people say to try and wind up a Newcastle fan, but for some, it's what they truly believe.

Madness.

Cool, so because Mourinho is an exceptional manager, Benitez cannot be a very good one. Is there a quote for the number of good managers allowed at one time? Mourinho won titles all over the shop, therefore Pochettino is bobbins.
Patronising crap.

Patronising crap.
Orrrrrr...?

It's your shower of shit supporters are claiming he's the f***ing messiah pal.
So to counter that your fellow fans need to twist reality into some fascinating version of history?

To counter hyperbole, you need to use hyperbole in response? Canny.

You still don't get it do you. I would offer to coach you in self awareness but it's unlikely you could afford me
Either your fellow fans believe it in which case they're stupid, or they don't in which case they're saying to win those oh so important internet points.

And Simon Grayson

(sorry, according to Wiki and transfermarkt.co.uk there's nothing to go here)

You'd choose the latter?

In our current position? A man who knows how to work on a shoestring budget or a man who is living on part glories. Ffs, you had to pad wiki out with an efl manager of the month award to make it look like he'd won more stuff recently.

Naaah, we've tried the managers who've won stuff when we brought Dick in. I'll stick with what we've got.

You saying don't worry you'll not get relegated again is patronising. You do know what patronising means right.
Ok, got it. So if a Sunderland on here says that he's worried you go down, I should agree with him for fear of being patronising. Got it.

Jesus wept.

Copying and Pasting isn't padding out.

I take it you wouldn't want Mourinho, Guardiola and so on.

This is the same daft logic I heard when people said "Benitez wouldn't succeed in the 2nd flight because he's never managed there before".

You were being patronising man admit it. For what it's worth i think you will do alright and finish about 18th.;)

I know what I was saying, you know what I was saying, and it's incredibly boring to claim that I was stating that Newcastle was a "truly big club", when it's clear to anyone without a tedious agenda that I wasn't.

Swear to God if I said I think Newcastle is a nice city you'd try and claim I called New York a shitheap by comparison.

Sorry but you can't always hide behind your 'tedious agenda' routine when you've been caught out.

It's obvious you were talking about the past, not the future, and claiming it was regarding a takeover by a mystery billionaire in some far off scenario is ridiculous.

Many Mags, including yourself, seem to believe that competing in Europe and blowing the league title puts you up with the big boys.

If you're not then you're admitting you're just one of the also rans, which is correct.

He's just said in his press conference that they are progressing with targets but "it's not the players we necessarily want" that will instill confidence and encouragement in any new signings.

Moyesque approach.
Think what you should consider is that Rafa is aware of the over inflated market and is attempting to play our hand down, we aren't the only club doing business slowly to an extent and I think it's a rather expensive high stakes game of poker going on right now with many clubs, last few weeks of the transfer market could be entertaining and ultimately patience may pay off in value terms.
