Racism at Yorkshire CCC

I think enough doubt has been cast on the process to make draconian sanction untenable. I can see a deal coming where Yorkshire dont legally challenge the ECB shit show while expressing disappointment at the outcome saying " 'ow much ???" .Then everyone moves on... in theory , and the ECB mops its brow its stumbled to a conclusion

But Yorkshire have accepted guilt.

From the BBC Sport website today:

‘The CDC are aiming to deliver their written judgements in the cases of six other former Yorkshire players who were charged, including ex-England captain Michael Vaughan, by the end of March - though sanctions will follow at a later date.’

So there will be a verdict this month (academic in YCCC’s case ave they have admitted the charges), but no sentence yet. I can’t see any justification for any further delay. The process itself is bordering on bringing the game into disrepute.

Fuck sake, does that mean he'll be back on telly/ the media

Maybe not. These specific allegations weren’t proved, but he has admitted sending inappropriate tweets historically. Depends if the media will employ him I suppose. He was also part of the set up at YCCC who have made admissions.

We shall see I suppose!

Evidence was inadequate and the way the ECB have conducted this has been even worse. Now it's about time Yorkshire were dealt with
I do agree. irrespective of whether or not you think Vaughan said these comments (I do believe he almost certainly did - it ties in exactly with the type of stuff he was saying via social media at the time) it was never going to be proven definitively in a my word against your word scenario from many years ago.
