Racism at Yorkshire CCC

Are you much more a Gale, Bresnan and Pyrah type of guy?

It’s because they know Vaughan used racist language freely at the time and that there every chance he did so then. They won’t see it as something to celebrate.
I dont have much knowledge of the lads you mention . Ive been told enough about rafiq by lads that acquired the knowledge first hand, and who i trust, to know whatever else happened hes a dyed in the wool ****.
Hence one **** calling another .

I thought Bresnan didnt cooperate as the ECB wouldnt disclose evidence pre hearing . Might be wrong

You are right - but this was only one of his reasons, as he said the procedure was biased and the decision had already been made, and he objected to a public hearing. The non disclosure point was easily put right - his lawyers could have made an application to the tribunal (or possibly even the High Court). IMO he didn’t fancy the grilling Vaughan got in public. He was obviously wrong on the bias point, as he was cleared of some charges without even appearing.

Let’s hope they just get the f on with the decision on the punishment asap.

Aye , everyone needs to know where they are now . No one will be happy in the end .

Could be July before sanctions are decided according to Dobell. Difficulty of CDC to convening a meeting because of individual workloads I.e. they’re bottling it.
July what year?
By then the season will be over halfway through, depending when in July the T20 will be done and dusted. Absolute shambles
What's going to happen first I wonder. The Yorkshire sanctions or Sunderland doing something about the away fans issue

About time. What isn’t clear is what the process will involve. The article doesn‘t mention a hearing being fixed. Presumably YCCC will want to offer some mitigation (eg delay in process, that they have tried to put their house in order etc). They could call the process unfair if they were not given that opportunity. Perhaps their arguments on this point have already been put in writing.

It does seem a bit odd to me that the fact finding hearing against Vaughan and others was in public, but there’s no indication that this part of the case is going to be. Some clarity here from the CDC wold help.

I'd they've pleaded guilty that should be that surely
They've admitted guilty to  amended charges which suggests there's been some plea bargaining discussed and agreed.
As for the individuals can't see how any imposed sanctions can be fulfilled. None of them are employed by ECB so what control have ECB to ensure any sanction is fulfilled?
