Question on redundancy

both newcastle universities still have a final salary pension scheme I know , still quite a few big companies use them although many are now closed to new starters but employees in their mid 30s onwards are often still in these schemes

After 23 years service in the NHS I may be being made redundant. If so the offer will be 1 month pay for each year served. A few years ago I droopped 2 days to work in another job.

The question is, would I be offered 23 months based on 3 days per week or does previous full time work get taken into account?

Either way it's a decent offer.
That is way over statutory redundancy so it will be open to negotiation. Say you want it for full time when you worked full time. So 21 years at fill time 2 years at part time. Can only say no.
